Perera and Sons (Bakers) (Private) Limited is a company registered in the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka with the company registration number PVS 4685 and the registered office located at No. 122 – 124, M D H Jayawardena Mawatha, Maddinnagoda, Rajagiriya.

Your privacy is very important to us and we will ensure that the personal data we collect about you will be treated with utmost care. This policy will inform you on how we handle your personal data when you avail any of our services, such as placing a catering order through our website or an outlet, giving an order for a cake at an outlet or our head office.

    • Personal Data – This mainly focuses on identity data, which includes your first name, last name, gender, date of birth.
    • Contact Data – Email address, mobile number, residential address, fax number
    • Corporate Data – Company name, contact number, address

    • Customer Information/loyalty Form – A form filled by you to share your personal data with us and/or to register with our P&S Family First Loyalty Program.
    • Cake Ordering Form – A form filled by you for giving cake orders
    • Catering Form – A form filled by you for catering orders or other food orders
    • Website Catering Inquiry Form – A form filled by you for catering quotations on our P&S website
    • Online Orders – Food order requests you make through our Social Media channels

      • When you win a competition through our social media channels
      • When we request information from you regarding an inquiry/complaint which was made by you

    • The data we collect shall only be used for legitimate purposes related to conducting and managing our business in order to provide you the highest standard of service through our network of outlets and offices. We shall ensure that there is no negative impact on you as a result of our use of data collected from you.
